You bet the Chinese will steal all they can and then deny they owe royalties from the techonology they steal. I wonder if Chinese corporate lap dogs will now lobby Congress for some sort of relief.
Royalties were invented before the Chinese invented gun powder … some say, “Let them sleepin’ lap dogs lie.”
