Obama Afghanistan Exit Strategy: Afghan Troops Not Ready to Take Over

I think the Afghan army needs someone they can relate to (the US military is way too sophistica­ted and over educated for the job) someone who can shoot from the hip as well as shoot from the shoulder with strong religious beliefs, someone with executive experience who understand­s local and state/prov­incial government­, the right to bear arms and the real meanin’ of freedumb. Any suggestion­s?
