Facing life in prison without parole, El Chapo aka ‘shorty’ holds out for el presidente, ‘I want what those turkeys and  Joe Arpaio, the former sheriff of Maricopa County, Ariz., got.’

Your pardon is granted, the greatest pardon ever given … in the history of pardons..
As you all know, I’m a great pardon giver and some will say, a huge taker also. I’m fond of both taking and giving although I prefer taking most of all.
He mumbled something at the rally and I said, ‘Pardon me‘ and he did.
